Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and our very own BodySPIN Instructors talk you through a visualisation of an outdoor cycling workout.
A 40/55 minute indoor cycling class burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. BodySPIN MAX is our first ever 5/5 heart rate intensity class demanding that participants really challenge their physical fitness.
This fun, calorie consuming, workout gives participants the authentic bike ride sensation and delivers serious health benefits.

Our indoor cycling bikes are the latest Startrac NXT’s which are made of heavy-duty aluminum frame with an ergonomic saddle (seat) and give participants the true feeling of riding an outdoor bike.
