Martial Fun
This workout combines an array of martial arts and boxing movements to produce a real stress and calorie busting workout.
After warming up, you enjoy a SAQ® (Speed Agility and Quickness) training session that challenges your reaction times, and your ability to move with agility and co-ordination. You'll discover basic techniques taking movements from boxing, karate and Thai boxing.
Deep stretches complete the class and leave you feeling stress-free and ready for the day ahead.
Martial fun is offered twice a week and is included in the price of your holiday.
